The second property is marketed by Reeds Rains and is due to go under Auction, priced at £130,000. Located on Lingard Street in Reddish.
This property is in need of extensive works inside (hence the difference in price of £35K). However if you are looking for a project for your next investment, whether that be to flip or add value to a rental, this could be the one for you. Similar to the Welland Street property I would expect to achieve £775 on the rental market giving the same yield in return.
