I have been seeing what has come on the market since I last wrote a blog and I have found this property on Beech Road and I love it! Not only is this a lovely road in Stockport, close to Davenport (which is a particularly nice residential area in Stockport) but it has three bedrooms – two of which are good sized doubles and the third which looks like a good size – perfect for a nursery. Another reason I love this property is the price! I am one for a bargain (for those who know me) and property is no exception. I think that this house is very well priced based on the fact that in Edgeley, just a stone’s throw away from this property, its tricky to find a 2 bed for under £130,000 so a three bedroom semi-detached house which (other than a lick of paint throughout to neutralise the colour palate) looks as though its ready to let, is a steal from my point of view.
I believe that once the works were complete i.e. paintworks, that this property should rent for £850pcm which means a yield of 6.8% which is fantastic.
