Stockport Council are pushing on with their Brownfield First approach to new build developments, and are actively on the look out for new sites. If you own or know of a disused site that has development potential then please contact the Council to see if a deal can be done. This is all part of the plan to add new housing to the Town Centre whilst cleaning up disused areas in the process.
