A two bedroom terrace property came to the market yesterday with Edward Mellor estate agents with a guide price of just £135,000. The property is located on Sandown Road in Cheadle Heath, SK3.
Judging from the photos and the description in the advert which i have linked here it appears the property does need some cosmetic updating in order to bring it up to a suitable standard for renting, you would really need to view the property in person to get a true understanding of how much work is needed.
