Scheme that could create 2,500 jobs for Stockport goes to consultation

A public consultation has been launched into plans for a large Stockport development – that could create 2,500 jobs. Property developer Quorum is proposing an extension of Bredbury Industrial Estate, which currently homes more than 100 businesses.

The development would deliver an £80m investment and 1.25m sq.ft of space to accommodate manufacturing, e-commence and logistics businesses.
